Job Posting: Customer Service Representative – Heather Taylor State Farm Agent (In-Office)

Are you a charismatic, empathetic, and goal-driven individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients protect what matters most? Join our dynamic Heather Taylor State Farm agency as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in supporting and assisting our valued client base—working onsite at our office!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, policy questions, and claims assistance in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions to ensure their needs are met accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing State Farm customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals, reviews, and updates in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support cross-selling efforts by identifying client needs and coordinating with sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using State Farm’s CRM and management systems.
  • Collaborate with the agent and team members to help achieve agency goals and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed on State Farm products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives held onsite.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working within a State Farm agent office is preferred.
  • A valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required. 
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an in-office team environment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
