• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, policy questions, and claims assistance.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions to ensure their needs are met accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing State Farm customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, reviews, and updates in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support cross-selling efforts by identifying client needs and coordinating with sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using State Farm’s CRM and management systems.
• Collaborate with the agent and team members to help achieve agency goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed on State Farm products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Previous experience working within a State Farm agent office is required.
• A valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
